Now that four of our artworks hsve been completed, it seems fitting that we tell you just how
excited and impressed we are with each of the murals and the impact they have on our home.
Firstly, the Frog Jazz Band, is a source of wonder and amusement to all our visitors who cannot believe how cleverly
you have filled in an interesting, but otherwise useless feature of our kitchen breakfast room.
We are thrilled with the end result; the expresions on the Jazzfrogs and the overall humour of the piece are fabulous.
The truly realistic three dimensional effect, and the detail and expressions of the the characters make for a unique piece of art
that we will enjoy for many years to come.
The second mural, the ballerina statuette on a table, is again, another marvellous example of your three dimensional work.
It catches the reflection of the light from the adjacent window to create a remarkably lifelike image which appears to revolve as the viewer
moves down the staircase. A number of friends have, at first glance, thought that we had purchased a second
bronze statue.
The door speaks for itself! It also has already fooled quite a few of our guests and it is a very clever use of that particular space.
The fourth mural, which creates our South Wing is also an incredible work of art. The labrador is so lifelike and the feeling of the hallway
extending to the balcony and the garden beyond is quite captivating and adds a further dimension to our home.
As you can see, Gordon, we are both delighted with all you have undertaken for us to date and we cannot wait for you to return to work on the remaining
pieces, which no doubt will provide us, and our visitors, with as much enjoyment and pleasure as the already finished pieces.
